Consultation

I offer a complimentary consultation, available in person within 10 miles of Preston or remotely by phone.

Site Survey

If no CAD plans are available can preform a site survey within the quote. Followed by a full briefing session!

Plans

Then onto produce detailed CAD drawings, including both existing and proposed layouts, with options where needed.

Interior Design

You’ll receive clear plans, mood boards, and material samples to help you fully visualise the final result before anything is built.

3D Models

Optional 3D models available in sketchup or photo realistic. This helps you understand exactly what the space is going to look like.

Furniture Spec

A full FF&E specifiction list will be produced to be read along side the plans and mood boards. this enables clients to see how much individual items cost.

Sustainable Design

I strive to incorporate sustainable design solutions— by making smarter material, energy, and layout choices that are better for both the planet and your long-term costs.

Bespoke Furniture Design

With extensive experience in designing bespoke furniture pieces, with detailed drawings to ensure they’re both functional and built exactly as intended.

Lighting
Design

Optional lighting plans are available - developing lighting design schemes that support atmosphere, flow, and the overall experience of your inteior space.

Project Management

From co-ordinating trades to overseeing delivery on site, I can help manage the project to keep everything running smoothly.

Whether it be at the end of our full project or as a stand alone service, I offer styling and accessorising to dress the area and bring the space together!
